Agreement For Producers

Before you become a member, please read our agreement terms & conditions. Use of this web site constitutes full agreement and acceptance of the terms & conditions set forth in this document. By Registering on this site, you are agreeing to the terms described in this agreement. Awedog.Com reserves the rights to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. We will notify users of any changes made to the agreement.

1. Awedog.Com reserves the right to monitor your use on our site; Company shall not however sell or otherwise disclose any personal information or materials received from you for any monetary gain .

2. Awedog.Com simply acts as a distribution vehicle for your beats and songs. Respective producer will maintain all intellectual property rights and ownership of their non exclusive beats being digitally distributed through Awedog.Com. All "exclusive beats" sold, the buyer retains the rights.

3. Company will not be responsible for the sale of material containing unauthorized samples without the expressed written consent from the copyright holder. Our company hereby acknowledges that all beats placed for sale on Awedog.Com shall remain the property of the seller, until title passes to a buyer through the sale process of exclusive rights. If such beat is not sold, its seller shall retain all rights, duties and liabilities associated with ownership of the beat.

4. By uploading files, inputting data or engaging in any other form of communication (individually or collectively 'Communications') to Awedog.Com you hereby grant to company a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty free license to use, copy, license, sublicense, adapt, distribute, display, publicly perform, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit and otherwise exploit such Communications, in all media now known or hereafter developed. You hereby waive all rights to any claim against Awedog.Com and our host for any alleged or actual infringements of any proprietary rights, rights of privacy and publicity, moral rights, and rights of attribution in connection with such Communications. This waiver does not and shall not be construed to include beats posted for sale on Awedog.Com. Company hereby acknowledges that all beats placed for sale on company web site shall remain the property of the seller, until title passes to a buyer through the sale process. If such beat is not sold, its seller shall retain all rights, duties and liabilities associated with ownership of the beat.

5. All beats are sold on a non-exclusive & exclusive agreements. Non-exclusive beats grant the purchaser the right to make one master recording for profitable commercial or broadcast purposes. Non-exclusive beats purchased are limited to distributing that recording for no more than 2500 copies/units. Credit to the producer of the beat must be given if the beat is used for any commercial purpose. Once a beat has been purchased, that beat may be sold on a non-exclusive basis to another party. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commerical recording and broadcasts. You have full rights to recorder,alter and mix the instrumentals. Once purchased, no one else can buy the same beat. And it will no longer be for sales on the site. You can not resell the beat.

6. Awedog.Com may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of Awedog.Com at any time, including the availability of any Company web site feature, database, or Content. Company may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of Awedog.Com without notice or liability.

7. For every beat or song sold on Awedog.Com, state sales tax will not be implemented. Commissions are paid within 48 hours with of any credit card process through Pay Pal’s Service. Checks are payed on the 1st of each month.

8. Any unauthorized use or entry into this web site (Awedog.Com)is illegal and will result in the offender being punished to the fullest extent of the law.

9. By uploading files, your agreeing to radio and web promotion of your beats.You will be credit for any promotion, linking back to Awedog.Com or your profile.

10.You will abide by any and all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content on Awedog.Com. Company does not and cannot review all materials posted to Awedog.Com by users, and Company is not responsible for any such materials posted by users, especially with respect to message boards currently operative or which Company may at a later date make or cause to become operable. However, Awedog.Com reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or government request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in Awedog.Com sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of this Agreement.

11. A member is entitled to 1 account. Members suspected of having more than 1 account based on, but not limited to IP address, will be terminated without commission or refund.

12.Your audio materials must be an Instrumental (beat) not a song, unless characterized as a song while creating the content of. And no voice tags in your beat.

13. Your audio (beat) files be stereo MP3 files and encoded at least at 128kbps/44.1khz,and not under 2:30 minutes unless described as "intro" or "outro".

14.You have unlimited space. You sell as many beats as you want on Awedog.Com.

15. You must choose the single genre that best fits the nature of your submission.

16. Descriptions must pertain to the specific beat or song listing you are submitting. And Please make clear whether the beat you are selling is Non-Exclusive or Exclusive!

17. Beat descriptions should not contain marketing language that promotes non-relevant entities, or any information which provides a method to circumvent the purpose of this website.

18. Beat Descriptions should not contain email or website address. We will remove any content that is not suitable for the general public before we post it on the site.

19. Your preview file will be approx :30 seconds to 1:30 seconds in length, with voice tags put over it if you would like so. It is your responsibility to create the preview mp3 on your own.

20. You may post beat that contains sample in it. If you haven't made the sample yourself and it's from someone else is but not limited to, musical compositions, sound recordings, written, you have to somehow obtain rights at least from the publisher, and possibly from the label as well in order to post the beat on the website. If we determine that a producer has violated this rule, the beat posted will be removed from the website without notice or refund of any type.

21. If we determine that someone other than the legal copyright or trademark holder (or his or her official agent) has submitted material, we will suspend that material and the members account without notification.

22. It is your responsibility to determine whether you have the legal right to use materials that you submit to our site.

23. If you do not hold the copyright and/or trademark for the composition(s) you are submitting, but you have documented permission from the trademark or copyright holder, please submit written evidence of your permission with your product. We will review your evidence as part of our evaluation process.

24. All registered accounts get unlimited beat and song space, and you take 90% each sale **minus the paypal fees. (Subject to change without notice) Payments to Artists are made Bi-weekly(twice a Month)if using paypal or 1 time monthly if you prefer a check. No exceptions.
